Sleeping Area (Open Mezzanine): Step upstairs to the charming open mezzanine (without doors), where you will find a comfortable French double bed wrapped in the geometric lines of the wooden ceiling.
Living Area (Ground Floor): A cozy living room equipped with Wi-Fi, a Smart TV (with Netflix to unwind after surfing), a dining table, and a versatile sofa bed (composed of 2 single beds of 90x200 cm), perfectly suited for additional guests.
Kitchen & Bathroom: A fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, moka pot, toaster, electric kettle) and a modern, fully functional bathroom on the ground floor.
We are located in a peaceful, natural area just off the main road (access is via a short dirt track, perfectly accessible for any standard car driving at a moderate speed).
Walk to the Beach: A stunning 2 km wild trail through the dunes takes you directly to the breathtaking Malhão Beach.
15 minutes away from Vila Nova de Milfontes (restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops).

Please note: Children of all ages are welcome (please be mindful of the open mezzanine layout and access stairs). No pets of any kind are allowed on the property. We highly recommend using a car to fully explore the Costa Vicentina.

Extra Guests:
+€30 per night for each additional guest (up to 4 guests maximum total. Additional guests will sleep on the versatile sofa bed with 2 single mattresses in the living room).
