The house is a bright open-space optimized to the millimeter, designed to offer comfort and an intimate atmosphere.
Sleeping Area (Mezzanine): Climbing the wooden stairs, you access the charming open mezzanine (without doors), where you will find a comfortable French double bed wrapped in the geometric lines of the wooden ceiling.
Living Area (Ground Floor): A bright open-space living room equipped with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV (perfect for Netflix after a day of surfing). The space also includes a dining table and a versatile sofa bed (composed of 2 single beds of 90x200 cm), ideal for additional guests or daytime relaxation.
Kitchen & Bathroom: The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, moka coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A fully equipped modern bathroom is also located on the ground floor.

The 400 m² of private outdoor space is the true heart of the property, designed for outdoor living:
The Covered Patio: A shaded hexagonal deck with a dining table, ideal for breakfast in the cool morning air or breezy dinners.
The Solarium Zone: A second hexagonal deck, bathed in the Alentejo sun, equipped with sun loungers for your tanning and relaxation moments.
The Mobile Hammock: Equipped with a self-supporting structure, you can move it wherever you prefer in the garden, whether in the shade or in the sun.
Thanks to the stable Wi-Fi and the tranquility of the area, the house is perfectly suitable for those wishing to telework immersed in Alentejo's nature. Children of all ages are welcome. Please just keep in mind that the house has an open mezzanine layout and visible access stairs.
No pets of any kind are allowed on the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin.
The house is located in a natural area, immersed in the authentic peace of the countryside and off the main road. For this reason, the last meters to reach the property by car are on a dirt road, typical of the Alentejo, perfectly passable with any standard car at a moderate speed. The property includes a practical, covered private parking space inside the fenced garden.
To best explore the Costa Vicentina and access supermarkets and restaurants in Vila Nova de Milfontes, a car is highly recommended.
Base Rate: From €170 per night (includes 2 guests).
Extra Guests: +€30 per night for each additional guest (up to 4 guests maximum total. Additional guests will sleep in the two single sofa beds in the living room).
